ORIGINAL POST: Was planning to get an All Clad griddle but after seeing that this was made in the USA, had great reviews, and was larger than most griddles we were looking at we decided to give it a try. So far we are very pleased! We've made latkes, bacon, and pancakes on it. The griddle heats evenly, has not warped, and cleans up quickly w/ a sponge. I plan to use it on our outdoor grill soon.”
